Supercharged 427-Powered 1967 Ford Mustang GT500CR 900S 5-Speed by Classic Recreations
Description
This 1967 Mustang left the factory as a C-code coupe and was modified by Classic Recreations of Yukon, Oklahoma with the company’s GT500CR 900S package, which is highlighted by a fuel-injected 427ci V8 that is equipped with a Procharger supercharger and backed by a Tremec five-speed manual transmission and a FAB9 9″ rear end. The car rides on American Racing 18″ Halibrand-style wheels fitted over Wilwood disc brakes, and suspension incorporates a Mustang II-style front end, VariShock coilovers, sway bars, and a Rod & Custom rack-and-pinion steering setup. Cabin appointments include SCAT seats, RJS Racing Equipment harnesses, a roll bar, Old Air Products air conditioning, and a custom sound system with Pioneer and Kicker components. The revised Eleanor-style fastback bodywork incorporates a side-exit exhaust system and wears a gray finish with black over-the-top stripes. Acquired by the seller in 2019, this GT500CR is now offered with Classic Restorations documentation and an Arizona title.
